EZ Cap™ Cy5 EGFP mRNA (5-moUTP) encodes Enhanced Green Fluorescent Protein (EGFP) conjugated to Cy5, a near-infrared (NIR) fluorophore (Ex: ~649 nm, Em: ~670 nm) for dual fluorescence detection. This mRNA is synthesized with an optimized Cap1 structure, enhancing mRNA stability and translation efficiency in mammalian cells. The 5-methoxyuridine triphosphate (5-moUTP) modification further improves mRNA stability, reduces innate immune activation, and prolongs protein expression.
